Editorial Review :

No two mouths are exactly the same, so your power toothbrush shouldn't treat them that way. The new Sonicare 9000 series has two brush head sizes and two different speed so that you can tailor your brushing to your own unique needs. The Max speed is perfect for thorough everyday clean delivering optimal plaque removal while being safe and gentle on gums. The Gentle speed is perfect for sensitive spots that still need attention. HOW IT WORKS The standard brush head is used with the Max speed lets you achieve a great overall clean, and with the Gentle speed, you can focus the brushing action on gums to stimulate and massage them. Attach the compact brush head and use the Gentle speed for sensitive spots. Use the smaller brush head and Max speed and you can get those hard-to-reach areas.

Works great, charges fast

I've used this for a year now. The batteries have lasted well and it works great.

On the down side, it is very expensive and the replacement brushes are expensive as well.

Questions & Answers
Question : pro bono dental care in grand rapids mi?
I am a community heath care worker trying to find out if there is any pro bono dental care in Gr. MI. to assist clients. All are low income, most are uninsured in the dental dept. Some have limited health coverage. Our service helps people to resource. a little more info., I am also looking for pro bono work like extractions, dentures, partials, ect.

Answer:
I don't know of any probono, but teaching schools are a great resource for person's with little to no insurance. My dental hygiene school only charges $25 for adults and $15 for kids and seniors (that includes many things along with a cleaning, such as x-rays). Try looking up dental and dental hygiene schools in your area.

Question : Where can a person get free or very low dental care in Alabama?
Why is there lack of services offered to alabamaians when it comes to health? where in alabama can a person go for donated dental services, an other health related services for the poor?

Answer:
You could go to a dental school where they practice on patients with an overseeing dentist for low cost, but each session is like 3 hours long! ( I tried it a few times!) Or you can get a discount medical card (like I did!) The company is AmeriPlan USA and they have 4 different plans for people who can't afford normal insurance coverage. It covers all on-going medical and dental problems, with no physicals or paperwork to fill out. If this is something you are considering, I can tell you how it personally works for me.. and you can contact some of the dentists and doctors in your area to see the savings you could recieve with Ameriplan. At the website you can click on the contact section.. and it gives my phone #. I'm central time, so I only ask that you don't call after 9. p.m. Thank you!

Question : How should I approach a dentist to barter my marketing skills in exchange for dental care?
I don't have dental coverage, my business is marketing and my smile is a mess.

Answer:
In order to barter the value of your services should be equal or close to the dentist. So first look for a dentist offering free exams and x-rays, cleanings for new patients this is approx value of $200 savings and a great way for you to introduce yourself and become familiar with your new dentist and customer. Now back to the marketing part obvisously if you have the coupon for free services he is marketing but your referrals may still matter for discount for each referral and if your create an affordable avenue to mail out or distribute the coupons, cards etc. for a set discount amount. In addition you let him know you are paying privately (cash) and plan your treatment according to your budget and your marketing services discount. For more savings on your bill you can obtain low cost dental care by enrolling in a discount dental plan for about $100.00 for the entire year! Discount dental plans provide 10-60% off routine dental care and expensive dental procedures plus select plans offer FREE exams, x-rays etc. Now you have saved hundreds off your dental bill by combining the discount dental plan, marketing and coupon either way you will receive a treatment plan with costs and you will know how much to barter and it's worth to both of you. Look below for a few more tips on how to cut dental costs

Question : My mother is in serious need of Dental care. I am curious to know if there are any pro bono dentists in Canada?
If anyone could point me in the right direction as to where to investigate either dentists, colleges, or community heath care services that offer pro bono work, or something of a lower cost in Canada, that would be of so much help! Thank you.

Answer:
try dental schools thats your best shot. they will give you a better deal then the dentist office. Try U of T if you're in Toronto area or Western if you're in the London area.

Question : Does anyone know of where I can get cosmetic dental care at a very low price?
I would even be willing to be an example case for a dental office! I have very good insurance, just not enough to cover all of my work that needs to be done.

Answer:
You can definately check our your local universities and see what kind of dental programs they have and see if they have med students who are about to graduate work on people who don't have the money or ins. won't cover full price for regular cosmetic work. It's cheap and I believe they let you do payments. The dentists/professors are there observing so it's not like they do it themselves. One of my friends had his teeth worked on here in Dallas at Baylor, and they look really good... Check it out.

Question : Does anyone know of low cost or free Dental care?
We live in Norhwest Ohio, and my 21 year old son has really bad teeth and needs dentures. However, he does not have insurance through his job and can't afford to pay for them himself.I am really worried about the health affects from his teeth. So, does anyone in Ohio know of free or low cost dental care or any organizations that can help pay?

Answer:
Check with local colleges. If there is a dental program, they might be able to get him in, little to no cost. Usually long waits though, if he can wait.

Question : Do we get free dental care when hillry wins ?
I like the free health care but I can afford only so much dental care and had to pay for some dental today . Do we get the free dentist if hillry win or just the free medical ?

Answer:
Can Hillary get a new bridge and night guard for me? Mine are wearing down.

Question : Dental care?
I am 60 and take care of my grandsons, so I have little money to use towards dental care. I need a root canal and crown badly on a tooth that shows when I smile. It looks black because I broke part of it off. Do not tell me to get dental insurance as they do not work for 1 yr. Is there a place someone like me can go to get cheaper dental work?

Answer:
One option available to you is to go to a dental school. They will perform the procedure on you at little cost to you due to them needing you as a patient to test/qualify a particular student (DDS). No idea where you live. So you're going to have to find a dental school on your own. Most large universities have dental schools.

Question : Does anyone know anything about Community Dental Care in Bixby, OK?
I need to have my teeth cleaned and some work done, but, I have very sensitive gums..Does anyone know about the dentists and hygienists at Community Dental Care? I'm new to Bixby, and this dental office is close to where I work. Any help would be appreciated. I also heard they were open very early, so, that's a plus for me. Thanks.

Answer:
I hav enever heard anything bad about them and I live in Tulsa.

Question : How would you get free dental care through your state?
I am in dire need of a dentist and I really can not afford one. I live with my boyfriend and do not work. I watch our daughter and his older daughter from another relationship. I know if him and I were married it would be done and over with but that is not an option right now. Please let me know if there is anyway for this to happen.

Answer:
Here, where I am, certain health centers offer dental services. You can't be on insurance of any sort, including medicare/medicaid. But they offer the services for free. For those who are on Medicare/Medicaid, there are dental offices that accept that type of insurance. There are also community services offered. I recently learned that there is a church in my area that offers free services such as dental, a pharmacy, eye exams, etc all in the church there. It's something they offer once a month, I think, and they only accept 20 people each time. Not all of these services may be available in your area, but services like that aren't advertised much, you have to do your research. Good luck!
