Hey, Someone Has Them In-Stock!
I was very happy to find the standard size replacement heads here on Amazon, and at a very reasonable price. I often have trouble finding these in my local stores -- they always seem to be out of stock. Replacing the heads on the Sonicare toothbrush is super-easy... so ahead and buy a set of these, your teeth will thank you!

Brush Heads
I always seem to have problems finding this product in stores. They are usually sold out. Ordering through Amazon.com I get them quickly.

Accept no substitutes
The bottom line: if your toothbrush is a Sonicare Advance, you are going to need replacement brush heads and that's reality. Both of my kids are using Advance and they should be replaced at lest every six months.
Like most of anything that's a Sonicare brand (there are exceptions) these are good quality products that last for the six months of twice-a-day daily use, as advertised. After that, you will need new brushes and Amazon has them while most other stores don't.
Life is good, smile :)

Love my Sonicare
My husband an I both have Sonicare toothbrushes . They are wonderful. Once you use one there is no other.

Incorrect product picture
I purchased this product thinking it was the compact head, because that was the picture item. But when I received the product I found it was the standard size head. I also discovered the product was priced $8 lower after I received the product.
I conducted Amazon, but received no response, other than to give me authorization to return the product. I was not offered an opportunity to exchange the product, nor even receive a refund for the difference in price.
Returning it was more of a hassle than it was worth, so I kept the brushes, but still I was disappointed. Based on previous experiences, I would have thought Amazon would have permitted me to exchange them, or at least offer me a credit for the difference in price.

Oral-B Sonic Premium Power Refill
Customer Review :
Easy to remember
I order these every 3 months, so I get the 15% savings, save a trip to the store, free shipping, plus it is a reminder to change out the toothbrush heads every 3 months.

Does not function as designed.
The yellow silicon cup in the center is designed to hold toothpaste just like dentists use a similar tool to hold a granular paste to polish your teeth. Nice idea but regular toothpaste just desolves as soon as you begin to brush. I recommend the Dual Action or the Floss Action versions instead.

Great Product for a Great Price
The package of 3 Oral B refill heads is a great value through Amazon. I tried to purchace them at my local drug store and the cost three times the amount that Amazon offers them for. It was cheaper to buy a whole new Oral B electric tooth brush, which comes with 3 refill heads, then to buy just the replacement heads. These are also great for cleaning your teeth. I have tried a lot of different brands and they never came close to the bright cleaning power of Oral B, and now Amazon offers them at the best low price to be able to always have extra refill heads for a great way to keep your teeth healthy.

shiny teeth
I find these heads a lot better than the regular ones. My teeth feel a lot cleaner and shinier. I find that in combination with the Listerine whitening pre-brush it does wonders. They will not make your teeth hollywood white, but you'll notice a difference.

Fantastic!!
This really did the job! Removed stains from tea, coffee, and wine with the first use! I've found that the over the counter whiteners I've used do not hold a candle to this polishing head when it comes to removing stains. Also, my teeth are very shiny. I actually think I look better now than after a trip to the dentist. I used these with the Oral B Vitality Precision toothbrush. I highly reccommend!

Replacement heads at a discounted price
Replacement of heads are necessary and this is the place to get them much cheaper than any place else I have found them.

lowest price sold here
if you have the flexcare, you don't really have a choice but to purchase this one or the standard. and it's recommended to change it every 3 months, but you really don't have a choice because they do visibly wear down after that. so yo have no choice but to buy these replacement heads. but you can choose where you buy them and for how much. i was shopping around for replacement heads for awhile and amazon had the lowest price.

Great Value
I save about ten dollars on this item ordering on line, versus going to a local store that has them in stock.

Perfect size
Love the size of this brush! Makes it easy to get behind the front teeth, and in all the nooks and crannys that a full-size brush will miss. The small size does mean it takes a bit longer to brush, but that's a minor issue. Wish it had the same feature as the Braun system where the bristles turn color when it wears out. The Sonicare set comes with a set of labels so you can mark them as to when it's time to toss (they recommend every three months, but you can usually get 4 months out of it).

Brush those teeth and gums
This is a new and improved version of the Sonic Care way of keeping your teeth in those gums that might be fading in terms of their youth and vigor. I enjoy this and I believe having these brushes to sanitize is terrific.

OK, but all the same colour
Difficult to think of anything too exciting to say about toothbrush heads, but my dentist recommends this brand. My only criticism is that they are all the same colour - for families it would be useful for each person to have a different colour toothbrush head so they do not get mixed up. The product is small enough to fit into a standard envelope, but I was sent mine in a cardboard box 30×23×11cm, which annoyed me a great deal. Aside from the inconvenience associated with it not fitting into my mailbox, using such boxes is very wasteful. Also, the P&P charge was about $5.

Wonderful! Will Always Order!
This product is exactly what I wanted. It arrives on time as promised. I have used Oral B Sonic Complete for approx. 5 years and will continue to do so. I recently purchased it for my 14 year old son and last year when I took him for his 6 month cleaning, the dentist was amazed at the difference in my son's teeth. My son's cleaning was minimal. I'm an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you Oral B and Amazon for carrying this product.

Nice product and a great bargain!
I bought this 3-pack of brush head refills for my wife's Braun Oral B electric toothbrush. The brushes were apparently factory originals, and they last a long while. The price for this 3-pack was outstanding, far below list price. So - a very good product at an outstanding price!

Oral B Precision Clean Brush Head Replacements
If you own an Electric Oral-B, you have to buy these brush-head replacements. While they are still expensive (around $ 4.54/each), they are good from 2 to 4 months of use.

Questions & Answers
Question : How Do I Stop My Toothpaste From Going Down My Toothbrush?
How do I get my toothpaste to not go down the toothbrush. It's not when I brush my teeth. When I use it it doesn't go down the toothbrush, but when I'm done I rinse it really good and make sure there isn't any toothpaste on it. But the next time I use it, there is dried up toothpaste on parts of it. So I need help.
Answer:
Hang it bristle-down when not in use.

Question : Toothbrush?
I have an electric toothbrush that works fine, but I've never cleaned it. Do I soak it in rubbing alchohol? I really don't want to go and buy something, but we've got basic cleaners around here.
Answer:
The head should be changed just as often as you would a regular toothbrush. It should be rinsed in water after each use.

Question : What does it mean when the guy you're dating leaves a toothbrush at your house?
We've only been dating for like 3 weeks and he already has a freaking toothbrush at my house. He automatically assumes he's staying the night when he comes over. What's up with that? He's a student, graduating this semester, that lives with his parents and I have my own house so it's kinda freaking me out a little bit.
Answer:
Sounds like you've answered your own question. It seems he's latched onto to you to get out... dont do it girl!!!! Make that man get his own and prove he can make it on his own. There is nothing wrong with living together, but he moving to fast for me, and I dont even know him!!! You need to set some ground rules quick before you have a roomate!!!!

Question : How much effort do you put into buying a toothbrush?
I think I put too much into it, I spent 20 minutes at Giant Eagle yesterday comparing medium bristles with an angled head to rotating bristles without an angled head. But, the toothbrush is a fundamental part of living, it's oral hygiene, and a solid 2 minutes twice a day is spent brushing.
Oh, and what do you think about while brushing your teeth?
I think about someone in England not brushing his teeth.
Answer:
i still have about 20 new toothbrushes in a box so i dont have to go buy any in a while

Question : How do you prevent an electric toothbrush from discharging in a crowded toilet bag/case when traveling?
Use an Oral B Braun Electric toothbrush which alwsys has the little silver button getting depressed in my toilet case/bag/travel case and always reaches the destination dead!
There is a little reset style button at the back of the brush? Can that be the trick?
Answer:
Wrap it in something soft (Bubble wrap, clothing--a shirt, perhaps) so that there's less pressure on it and that the button is less likely to be pressed.
If that doesn't work, you may want to look into getting a small pencil box that you could fit your toothbrush in. Just put it in, close it, and you're on your way.

Question : What can I soak my toothbrush heads in to clean them?
What can I soak my toothbrush heads in to sanitize them? Please tell me how long I need to soak them and with what I need to do it with. I will vote best answer.
Thanks for all the great answers guys! I really appreciate it. They were all so good but I had to choose one best answer only.
Answer:
Listerine

Question : How do you know if a toothbrush is extra soft? What number do you choose?
I need a very soft toothbrush and I like Oral B brushes, non-electric, regular brushes. What do the numbers mean by the grade such as soft, hard, med.?
Answer:
choosing a soft tooth bush is the best, just soft. nothing special. its about the pressure of how you brush long sweeping motions and gentle massaging will always get your teeth clean with minimum damage to your gums or enamel. the grades only refer to how stiff the bristles are, people think the harder they are the better, when in actuality they are damaging their gums and teeth by using something so abrasive, it means they add more bristles. also the size of the brush head it important, the smaller the better. the less surface area the brush covers the better you brush, it is a false sense of security by using a large hard brush.. one more thing don't use toothpaste if you wanna make sure that your teeth are getting clean, when you run your tongue over your whites and they are smooth they are all clean , then use some paste to brush you tongue, polish and freshen up? good luck

Question : What do people with eatting disorders use a toothbrush for?
I know it can be used to induce vomiting but is there anything else? My suit mate used to keep a really nasty moldy toothbrush on the sink in our bathroom and i really don't think she was brushing her teeth with it. She threw up a lot but I know she had a lot of health problems so I don't know if it was self induced vomiting.

Question : How do I clean an electronic toothbrush?
