Rechargeable Water Jet

Customer Review :

What a piece of junk!

I was excited to purchase a travel size oral irrigator. Traditionally, I use the ones that have a tank to fill and they tend to be a bit bulky in size.

The maximum use I got out of the travel size Interplak was a couple of weeks! I purchased it with the intention of removing tonsil stones, but the water pressure was too low. As one customer mentioned, you are better off gargling!

I found this product very uncomfortable to handle especially if you have arthritis or weakness in your hand. The cord gets in the way. It was heavy and irrigating was a lot messier than using my previous irrigator. Constantly filling the tank with water was a dreadful experience and the small metal stick automatically springs up once you close the cap. This product should be discontinued!

Great travel dental irrigator

I love this product. It packs down small for travel but opens up to be easy to use. Great price, too.

Interplak water jet works well

This is the second Interplak water jet I've had. The first one lasted about 2 years until the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. Otherwise it works very well, and it's nice that the unit is portable, with no water tube or power cord connecting to a base unit.

Lasted quite long through the elements (I forcefully retired it)

This lasted for quite sometime. I bought mine from Target, a little skeptical compared to the plug in bigger units and waterpik brands, but this really did the trick for the past year. I put mouthwash in it, took it into the shower. Charges occured overnight or through the day, usually setting it to charge when I noticed the "jet" feeling was kind of weak. This worked well for cleaning my most rear teeth, when my wisdom teeth were out and creating problems in brushing. I have some areas where food ALWAYS gets caught between them and using this would shoot those leftovers right out. The unit was still working good, but I decided I wanted to take it apart and use the motor to make a small squirt gun. Now I'm searching to see if I can find this model again in stores. It was cheap, effective and portable. Great find and experimenting.

LOve it, can't live without it!

I don't write about products, but I do rely on what people say about products and when I've seen allbad reviews for inerplak water jet I just could not belive it. I own this product for at least a year, this same one. It works great. In the begining it used to hold charge a bit longer. I could go for about a week on single charge now it is loosing a preasure on about 4th day, which I consider great for a year old 20$ oral jet.
Best 20$ I've ever spent! And belive me I am very keen about my teeth, I had my braces at 20yo - well I am from Poland and 12 years ago not everybody could aford it , and it was still prety new there. I am 32 now and I did not had my 8th teeth surgicaly removed, and they seatting rather deap in my gums. I usedd to be a nightmare for me , I would get infection once a month or more often. I've always had a strong pain reliever handy and I was possitive I will have to go for extraction. Then I decided to try oral jets,i wanted a portable one. First I got a panasonic , don't recall what model but it needed 2 batteries. Nightmare. To strong preasure at first than it was weakning very fast and the batteries where wunning out very fast. Never again. Than I had a portable waterpik - and the answer is NO! It was supposed to have a different preasures and different attachments , whatever. It sucked. Got rid of it and now my life got better with Interplak water jet. I did not have an infection since I am using it. I always brush my teeth first then use the jet. I use luke warm water not to irritate the gums. Every time I jet I can't belive my eyes what comes out my teeth after I brushed. Than I feel sory for people who did not discover irrigation. I am not planning to have another infection nor cavity anytime soon. If I go away and forget my charger I just simply go to store and spend another 20$ and get another interplak.
I guess oral hygine is a very personal experience andsometimes you have to try couple jets before you get your fav one. Mine is Interplak!

Oral Breeze is the best

I've had several Waterpiks in the past, but always found them cumbersome and quit using them. Then I stumbled onto Oral Breeze and bought a SmartPak. My wife and I use them daily: she finds the ShowerBreeze more convenient; I like the RediBreeze.
Highly recommend the product even though it seems to be a bit overpriced.

Great idea!

Product was received promptly and installed easily. I bought the one for the shower thinking it would be less messy and used more and I was right. I can adjust the pressure to my liking and not worry about spraying everywhere and since I shower at least 1-2 times a day, my gums are healthier than ever. I previously owned the typical box on the vanity (Waterpik)that had to be filled with water and plugged in. Great improvement! The only downside was that I thought it was way too expensive for what I got! Someone is making a killing!

the dentist saw results

after recently finding out I had gum disease, I was told to get a water pik. Well, this is what I got. I used both daily for about a week before my deep scaling, and the dentist was amazed at how well my gums had responeded to just one week of the pik. During the procedure had hardly no bleeding, which was VERY impressive considering I usually bleed biting and apple. It is so convenient being in the shower and sink, I pik every time I use either stations. Also I love that you don't have to fill a tank, clean a unit, and it doesn't make noise! I highly recommend getting the package. I was going to just get the redipik, and am so glad i got the shower pik too. My husband even likes useing it. Also, I was worried it would look silly in the sink or shower, but it really doesn't take up any space. I was going to get the pik that pops on and off the sink so I wouldn't have to look at it in the sink all the time, but I am glad the package came with the redipik. Besides, the ease of use over comes my vain desire for the bathroom to look tiddy.

BEST PRODUCT!

I love this product, you control the water flow, also do not need to deal with waterpix machine, they collect germs! this product does not require tools to set-up, it was easy! did not have to use wrench, I am a woman and do not know how to fix or repair. LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND WILL HAVE GREAT TEETH AND GUM!

Awesome

We love our new water piks. Installed one the in the shower and the other on the bathroom sink. Only problem is that we need to order a longer hose for the one in the shower. 3-feet is not long enough for the height of our shower. Otherwise, we love them.

ShowerBreeze Works GREAT !!!

Well well made and works perfectly. Easy to install...even the Teflon tape was supplied. Perfect for the on-the-go person who does not have time to spend using dental floss. My dentist actually recommended I get one of these and my teeth are really happy about it. The two heads supplied make it easy for both my wife and I to use the device. My hygenist made a positive comment the last time I went in to have my teeth cleaned. Win... win.... winner.

Like going to the Dentist daily

This is got to be one of my favorite items ever. I can use it in the shower and when i'm finish with it and the shower i use it to clean it. This device has multiple uses for cleaning but does a nice job on the gums.

ShowerBreeze Water Pick Is the Best!

First of all, I want to compliment the company, OralBreeze, for shipping this ShowerBreeze water pick so fast (only 3 days USPS First Class!) It was very easy to install and thanks to them supplying the plumber's tape, there were no leaks! I love the enclosed pick holder as it holds both picks securely without being too tight. (If the picks snapped in, eventually the plastic would fatigue and break.) You can also adjust the temperature of the water and the pressure, so it is absolutely the best! I looked at many other irrigators, portable and plug-ins, but this one had the highest reviews. I used it today, the same day I received it, and it worked marvelously! No one has mentioned that the company has a LIFETIME WARRANTY on this product($10 for shipping and handling for a free replacement). I highly recommend this water pick! :)

Works great!

The ShowerBreeze works great. Quality is good, has a metal valve rather than the other brand's plastic. My only complaint is the bracket to hod the tips isn't that good. They don't click in to hold them securely. I just put them on a shelf, but a better bracket would make this a 5 star.

Great Oral Irrigator

The RediBreeze Oral Irigator is a great device. It does not clog when you have hard water and is quiet in operation with a strong and adjustable flow.

So Convenient and Handy

This is great. I hooked it to my faucet and put the tubing under the handles up to my tooth brush holder. It is a permeate fixture and so easy to use. After I brush my teeth and get the water warm, I turn on the valve and use the water pick. This can also be used in traveling by un-doing it and it is so small to pack. It fits on most all faucets. Who ever came up with this idea is a genius. Simple, small and convenient to use. I love it!

Best irrigator!

I have used irrigators for 25 years. I have tried WaterPik, Oral B, Panasonic. This is the best and it does not need AC or batteries. An added plus is that it is easy to clean and takes up almost no counter space.

Don't hesitate...get this one

We had a very pricey water pick, which we bought from our dentist. We were in the process of moving to another state, never used it. A year later, we finally took it out of the box, it lasted about 4 months (we did not use it daily) before the pump wore out, real nice for a $120, yeah, I'm still bitter. My husband wanted another one and started doing some research when he came across RediBreeze and the glowing reviews here. This was less expensive than the others we were looking at and figured why not? It has no motor/pump to fail on us. We love it. First, no noise; silence, peaceful, especially before you go to bed. The pick is always attached to the faucet, just a matter of turning a switch, so simple it is brilliant. I use this more often than I did the other one. After brushing one's teeth, adjust water flow first (you don't want to blast your teeth away), insert pick, turn switch, and enjoy your mouth massage. So happy the other one died....

Questions & Answers
Question : How long is the wait list for Dental Hygiene in CA?
Preferably, I'd like to know if you currently applied to Dental Hygiene school in California and how long your wait is projected to be. If not currently or not CA, please answer anyway, I'd like to know an average. Any recommendations from graduates and newcomers? I'm barely starting to get my classes completed for my Associates so I can apply next year, any advice is more than appreciated! (Like when to start applying, things to know, etc) Thank you in advanced!!!

Answer:
It would not be an issue of a waiting list but whether or not you would be accepted (high competition -- focused on applicant's GPA.). Best wishes.

Question : If a person is only going to do two things per day for preventative dental hygiene, what should they be?
In other words, a person says, okay, I have time to either brush twice per day, or brush once and floss once or floss twice or whatever. Brushing twice and flossing once isn't an option - that would be three dental hygiene events - one too many. If it's going to be just TWO per day, what should the person do?

Answer:
i think brush twice a day

Question : What are some good Houston based institutions to get dental hygiene licensed without attending a university?
I want to recieve my dental hygiene license from an institution that allows me to do this a little faster than attending a college, are there any like this in houston besides montgomery county community college, they want me to take all of these biology pre-reqs, that will just waste my time.

Answer:
Universities do not offer dental hygiene programs. Check out community colleges, but be wary of trade schools. Before signing on with a trade school, ask to see records of how many of their graduates pass the state boards AND how many find jobs withing 90 days. Most dental schools operate a program for dental hygienists. Talk to you hygienist and ask where they went to school.

Question : Anyone in the dental hygiene program at the University of Bridegport, CT?
I need to know if the school has a good dental hygiene program. If not, what other options do I have in CT? I do not want to pay all that money to get a crappy education; I am very worried because I haven't heard any good things yet. I love a good educational challenge.

Question : ?Dental Hygiene?
My fiance is a dental hygienist. I have been told that you can't open a dental hygiene clinic in Texas. We wanted to open a office that did cleanings only, without a dentist. Can anyone confirm or deny the laws surronding an office of this nature in Texas?

Answer:
Hi, I'm a dentist. A dental hygienist must practice under a dentist's license in almost every state in the union. I believe the exception is rural parts of one of the Dakotas and possibly Alaska as well for the Inuit population, as there are very few dentists in that area. Don't count on your fiance ever being able to do this. The American Dental Association spends a lot of money and time lobbying against independent hygiene clinics, and for good reason. Not what you wanted to hear, no doubt, but it's the truth.

Question : Why are there no part time or evening programs in dental hygiene?
I have a full time job as a tech in an animal hospital and have decided to take a career change. Apparently you can't take any dental hygiene programs in the evening or part time. There is simply no room for people with bills to pay. Does anyone have any suggestions? I think I am just ranting as I am a little upset.

Answer:
I think it's due to lack of supply. There probably aren't many professors who teach that subject and chances are, they would rather teach in the daytime. If it were you, would you like to teach a class at 7 or 8pm so that your students could have time to work during the day? Chances are, you wouldn't care about the students schedule, you have had enough life experience and gone through enough bad schedules that you feel you earn the right to do the class when you please. In situations like this, it's usually up to the professor when the class is taught, and not the college. Otherwise, the professor will go somewhere else and the college will be left with no dental hygiene program. The professor doesn't NEED the job, but the college needs the program. Sounds like you'll have to get a night job.

Question : What would be a good gift for a dental hygiene student?
She is graduating with her AA and I want to get a gift that would be helpful upon entering dental hygiene school.

Answer:
How about one of those smocks that they wear? In general for graduates, I suggest: a laptop carrying case/bag, an organizer, a web cam if she's going far away so you can chat and see each other, flash drives, lots of little helpful things such as: pens textbook page markers (plastic flags) high lighters
